We have deep experience in deploying apprenticeship based skills development programs for Industries in India. Till date, we have served 100’s of Industrial units in India under the aegis of NEEM Scheme. Now CLR Skills is all set to further enhance the skills of Industrial entities by deploying  NAPS based skills development programs for SME & MSME.

Why NAPS For Skills Development?

  • Sharing of 25% of prescribed stipend subject to a maximum of INR 1500 per month/per apprentice to all apprentices with the employer.
  • Target of 20 lakh apprentice in 2019-20
  • The Scheme will cover all apprentices except which are covered by MHRD
  • Wider option for integration with other schemes.

Eligibility for Employers

  • The employer must have 6 or more employees on his regular payroll.
  • The employer shall engage apprentices in the band of 2.5% to 10% of the total strength of the company.
  • The employer must have EPFO/ESIC/Factory/Cooperative /MSME registration number.
  • The employer must have TIN/TAN/GST/SGST number.
  • Employers must register on the apprenticeship portal.
  • The employer must have his bank account linked with Aadhar/ PAN No.

Eligibility of Apprentice

  • Trainees passed out from ITI courses.
  • Trainees under dual learning mode from ITI.
  • Trainees who have completed any NSQF aligned short term course including PMKVY/DDUGKY/MES.
  • Graduates/Candidates, pursuing graduation courses, Diploma courses in any stream or 10+2 vocational certificate holders.
  • Candidates who have the minimum educational qualification required for trade but have not undergone any trade-related training are also eligible for NAPS.
  • Every apprentice has to register on the portal. They also must have a minimum age of 14 years.
  • Every candidate must have aadhar number or relevant identity document.
