This brand that we encountered with a new SME Bank with regional reach. They were new into the business but the team was full of highly qualified and banking veterans having immense experience of core banking and marketing.

However, these people comprised of the top level and the middle-level management. Their products were great and their strategy was also superb. However, they were facing huge issues with hiring the entry-level bankers and first-line employees. Something was amiss

As a remedy they even tried hiring people from other banks who has just 6 months of work experience. This strategy backfired badly as the new joiners were not able to understand the culture of the bank. Although being a new entrant this particular bank was ranking high on embracing technology.

These guys were facing issues now at both operations and marketing level. As mentioned earlier they never lacked in planning only the execution was being hampered because of lack of skilled manpower.

The client approached us with his problem. Looking into the seriousness of the matter we had to react quickly because banking is a business which runs on reputation and the client was about to lose it due to lack of proper human resources. The clients were worried and so were we.

We were quick in understanding the issue of the client and knew that we have to provide them motivated trainees that could learn from the management’s experience. We worked with the top level management in formulating the training program for operations as well as marketing. Soon, we knew the kind of manpower the bank would require.

We got on our toes and quickly provided 5000 trainees for marketing and 1800 trainees for operations. For coming to this figure we interviewed almost 24000 candidates in a matter of 10 days.

Six months have elapsed since that and today this bank is known for its customer service and efficiency. We are happy as we helped save the day for a very promising bank.
